- Estimating & Pricing Services.
We have highly experienced and educated estimators that
handle the take-offs and pricing on all projects. In their
estimating departments, Commercial Hardware and Commercial
Hardware of MD collectively have over 300 years of
experience in the door and hardware industry.
- Customer Service.
Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
representatives are available to answer the customer's
questions as they come in via email, fax or over the phone.
- Project Management.
Each project is assigned to a project manager
to coordinate the development of the shop drawings &
hardware schedules, ordering of all the materials and
finally coordinating the deliveries to the jobsite. The
project manager is also responsible for working with the
building owner and/or management firm to develop a complete
keying system that will provide both security and
convenience of operation when at all possible.
- Field Support
or what we often call "Special Services" handles issues such
as the set-up of the hardware room, or Bag-n-Tag of the
hardware by unit after our drivers deliver the materials to
the jobsite. This group of individuals is highly motivated
to make the customer satisfied so he or she has no problems
with any Commercial Hardware or Commercial Hardware of MD
deliveries.
- Field Sales Support
to visit the customers, do on-site walk-thru's of existing
buildings and are included when the security subcontractor
is chosen so a coordination meeting can be set-up before
materials are manufactured & shipped to the jobsite.
- Technical support
is available for architects, local code
officials & general contractors.
- On-site Installation Training
is available for carpentry subcontractors. Please contact
